Is it too late to plan my event?

Most likely it is not. With many years of experience, it's incredible what we can achieve through our connections in Las Vegas. That being said, dates and certain things must be flexible.

Can I bring my own vendors? 

Yes! Jubilee Occasions loves teaming up with other vendors. Please be transparent during the initial contact if you have already booked them.

What if we aren't a fit?

We will know immediately if we aren't the best fit for you and recommend others to inquire with that we feel could be a better fit. We understand we may not be what you are looking for and appreciate the inquiry.

Why doesn't Jubilee Occasions have packages?

We realize no two couples are alike and that means we won't try to force you into a one fits all box. Each event will get a completely customized package.

Do you have a list of vendors we can reach out to?

Yes! We normally reach out to book all your vendors but also can make great recommendations for dinners, sightseeing, activities and so much more in Las Vegas! Including where to stay and shop!

Can you provide the necessary proof or documentation to ensure Jubilee Occasions is legitimate?

Yes! We are licensed, insured as well as good standing permit holders in certain areas near and around Nevada and Southern California. This includes planning, photography and officiating.

Do you travel?

Yes! Jubilee Occasions has been specializing in destination weddings since 2021. This includes all inclusive planning and photography team.

What does all inclusive planning include? 

As little as you need or everything but will most likely include but not limited to: photography, videography, officiant, florals, hair and makeup in your hotel room or choice location, food catering, desserts, and luxury transportation for all guests. Permits and access to the exclusive space, Azul.

Is the space Azul, available to rent?

No. This special place is only available to clients who hire Jubilee Occasions for planning, photography or officiant services. This is not a venue but a private space.

How many people can Azul hold and is it handicap accessible?

The space can hold up to 125 people and prides itself on being accessible to all abilities. The space welcomes every gender, orientation, age, lifestyle, 420 friendly, color and will always be a safe space to those most needing it.

Do you have a backup plan if bad weather or something worse were to happen?

We sure do! Rarely does it happen but we weather watch days prior and notify you. You can decide what's best for you without penalties during that time. 

Do you offer refunds?

Our deposit is non refundable. You do have a one time free chance to change or postpone your event date from Jubilee Occasions. This does not pertain to events less than a month away or vendors who charge a rescheduling fee.
